四环素制剂的含量测定,中国药典1977年版采用生物测定法,一般医院药房尚不具备条件,且由于操作繁琐费时,不能适应需要。已有报道([向星:医院药学杂志2(1):39,1982])根据四环素化学结构中酚羟基的存在,设计了以三氯化铁为显色剂用光电比色法测定其含量的快速分析方法。本文试利用四环素水溶液在酸性环境中生成金黄色脱水四环素,用比色法测定其含量。该法具有方法简便、快速、回收率好、重现性好等优点。试剂与仪器四环素对照品为北京市生化制药厂提供的制剂原料,每1mg的效价为927个盐酸四环素

The method has the advantages of simple and rapid method, good recovery rate and good reproducibility. Reagents and equipment tetracycline reference materials for the preparation of raw materials provided by Beijing Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory, each 1mg of the titer of 927 tetracycline hydrochloride
