作为科学技术发展的基础,数学及其应用随着相关理论研究的不断发展,逐步的从传统物理、力学、普通工程技术扩展到生物、化学、医学、人口等极其广泛的领域,对数学教育也提出了更高的要求。数学实验是近年来新提出的一个教学观点,在加深学生对数学概念的理解、激发学生的主动性、培养学生的解决实际问题能力上有着得天独厚的优势,文章从多个角度对开设数学实验的重要意义进行了论述,并初步探讨了数学实验的开设途径。
