一、什么是牦牛黄据《中药鉴定学》中记载:“牛黄是哺乳纲牛科动物黄牛Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin、水牛Bubalus bubalis Linne、牦牛Poephagus grunnlens Linne和犏牛(牦牛和黄牛的杂交种)的胆囊结石。”可见,牦牛黄与黄牛黄、水牛黄同属牛黄正宗。(药材学上亦未加区别。因此,牦牛黄就是牛黄,就是生于牦牛身上的胆囊结石。牦牛黄不仅是牛黄正宗,而且还是这种名贵药材的重要来源。根据《本草经集注》中记载:“牛黄多出于梁州、益州”。《中药大辞典》中也有相同的记载:“牛黄主产
