2012年工作情况2012年,立足于“确保公益、促进均衡、提升内涵、激发活力”的要求,加大社会事业投入力度,加快改革步伐和机制创新,努力满足人民群众基本公共服务需求。一、坚持教育优先发展战略全面总结上海市基础教育创新试验区第一轮建设成果,建成数码应用实验室一期与创意传感器仿真实验室,在第27届上海市青少年科技创新大赛获得47项一等奖。加快基础教育均衡转型发展,推进国家教育体制改革“1+7”试点项目,制定区深化特殊有教育发展实施意见,试行“新优质”学校。制定小班化教育再推进三年行动计划,成功举办“第三届海峡两岸小学教育论坛”。推进医教结
