海府办[2014]86号根据《关于深化政务公开加强政务服务的意见》《中共海口市委关于深入推进行政审批制度改革的决定》和《关于加快完善我市四级政府服务体系建设的意见》的精神,为进一步深化行政审批制度改革,加快推进高效廉洁、管理科学规范的政府服务体制建设,经市政府研究同意,现就加快建设我市示范镇政府服务体系提出以下意见。
According to the Opinions on Deepening Governmental Publicity and Strengthening Administrative Services, Decision of the CPC Haikou Municipal Committee on Further Promoting the Reform of Administrative Examination and Approval System and Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the City’s Fourth-level Government Service System, In order to further deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system and accelerate the construction of a government service system that is highly efficient and clean, and manages scientific and standardized regulations, the following opinions have been put forward on accelerating the construction of the service system of the city’s model town government through the study and approval of the municipal government.
