图书馆是高校学术的发源地,也是学校师生精神文明发展的摇篮。本文首先对高校图书馆建设进行概述,说明探讨高校图书馆人性化服务的必要性;接着从阅读环境、借阅服务和管理行为三部分说明高校图书馆人性化服务的内涵;最后为高校图书馆实施人性化服务给出了三点建议。希望本文能够为高校图书馆人性化服务的实施及高校图书馆建设与发展提供帮助和建议。
Library is the birthplace of university academic, but also the cradle of spiritual development of teachers and students in school. This article first summarizes the construction of university library, explains the necessity of exploring the humanized service of the university library, and then explains the connotation of the humanized service of the university library from three aspects: reading environment, borrowing service and management behavior. Finally, Human services gives three suggestions. I hope this article can provide help and suggestions for the implementation of humanistic service of university library and the construction and development of university library.
