本实验观察了白色念球菌感染小鼠的细胞免疫及体液免疫的变化。实验结果显示白色念珠菌感染小鼠的PHA诱发的体内淋巴细胞转化率以及免疫玫瑰花形成细胞率均显著低于正常鼠(分别为P<0.01及P<0.05),感染小鼠的溶血素产生水平也显著降低(P<0.001)。本文还对白色念珠菌感染的免疫抑制机理进行了初步的探讨。
This experiment observed the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity of Candida albicans infected mice. The experimental results showed that the PHA-induced lymphocyte transformation rate and the rate of immune rose formation cells in Candida albicans infected mice were significantly lower than those in normal mice (P <0.01 and P <0.05, respectively), and the hemolysin production in infected mice The levels were also significantly lower (P <0.001). In this paper, the immunosuppressive mechanism of Candida albicans infection was also discussed.
