电刺激家兔中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG),观察对内脏躯体反射(VSR)腹肌肌电的影响,用放射免疫方法测定中脑导水管脑脊液中亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEK)样免疫活性物质含量变化。结果:电刺激PAG明显抑制VSR腹肌肌电,平均抑制率为52.3±4.1%,有1min后作用;电刺激中脑顶盖(TM)区对VSR腹肌肌电无抑制作用。电刺激PAG时中脑导水管脑脊液中LEK样免疫活性物质含量明显增加,其变化率与VSR腹肌肌电抑制率呈正相关。本文还讨论了两者可能的关系。
Electrical stimulation of the periaqueductal gray (PAG) in the middle cerebral artery of rabbits was performed to observe the effect on the myoelectricity of the abdominal muscles of the visceral somatic reflex (VSR). The radioimmunoassay was used to determine the leucine enkephalin (LEK) Changes in immunocompetent substances. Results: Electrical stimulation of PAG significantly inhibited the myoelectricity of VSR abdominal muscles, with an average inhibition rate of 52.3 ± 4.1% after 1 min. Electrical stimulation of the midcapillary TM zone had no inhibitory effect on the EMG abdominal muscles. The content of LEK-like immunoreactive substance in cerebrospinal fluid of midbrain aqueduct was significantly increased when PAG was stimulated electrically. The rate of change was positively correlated with the myoelectric suppression of VSR. This article also discusses the possible relationship between the two.
