目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)与经腹部超声(TAS)早期诊断异位妊娠的价值。方法对140例经手术治疗的异位妊娠患者早期TVCDS与TAS检查病例进行回顾性分析。结果经TAS诊断为60例,经TVCDS诊断80例,TAS误诊4例,超声诊断总符合率97.14%。结论TVCDS与TAS联合应用,可为临床提供更有价值的诊断依据。
Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TVCDS) and transabdominal ultrasonography (TAS) in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the early TVCDS and TAS in 140 surgically treated patients with ectopic pregnancy. Results TAS diagnosed 60 cases, 80 cases diagnosed by TVCDS, 4 cases misdiagnosed by TAS, the total coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 97.14%. Conclusion TVCDS combined with TAS can provide more valuable clinical diagnosis.
