目的探讨血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)在预测非瓣膜病心房颤动患者发生脑栓塞的临床价值。方法应用酶联免疫分析法测定48例非瓣膜病心房颤动并脑栓塞和58例非瓣膜病心房颤动血浆BNP浓度,并与30例健康自愿体检者相对照。结果非瓣膜病心房颤动并发脑栓塞组血浆BNP(112.28±43.64),非瓣膜病心房颤动组(13.57±7.94),与对照组相比2.57±1.54(P<0.01),非瓣膜病心房颤动BNP浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论非瓣膜病心房颤动并脑栓塞者血浆BNP明显升高,提示对非瓣膜病心房颤动患者发生脑栓塞有预测价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in predicting cerebral embolism in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Methods 48 cases of non-valvular atrial fibrillation with cerebral embolism and 58 cases of non-valvular atrial fibrillation plasma BNP concentration were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and compared with 30 healthy volunteers. Results BNP (112.28 ± 43.64) and non-valvular atrial fibrillation (13.57 ± 7.94) in non-valvular atrial fibrillation complicated with cerebral embolism were significantly higher than those in control group (2.57 ± 1.54, P <0.01) Concentration was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Plasma BNP was significantly increased in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and cerebral embolism, suggesting a predictive value for the occurrence of cerebral embolism in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.
