本文根据国内外有关资料的分析和总结,提出利用河道上游水库,按照水力因素和冰情形态演变之间的规律,调整冬季河道流速变化的过程,籍以控制开河期的流冰量,避免冰坝的发生,减轻凌讯威胁的建议。
Based on the analysis and summary of relevant data both at home and abroad, this paper proposes the process of adjusting the change of flow velocity in winter by using the upstream reservoirs in the river and regulating the change of winter river flow according to the rules between the hydraulic factors and the evolution of ice conditions.
