尼古丁是烟草燃烧过程中产生的一种特有的生物碱,是吸烟成瘾及导致心血管疾病的病因。由于尼古丁的生物半减期短,排泄量受尿液PH值影响大,测定结果很不稳定,而其代谢产物可的宁(Cotinine),生物半减期长(至少是尼古丁的5倍),排泄时受尿液酸碱度影响也较小,是反映尼古丁在体内含量,特别是累积量的理想指标,我们于1991年8月和1992年1月,即冬、夏两季在陕西省宝鸡市对部分单位职工进行了调查。现将结果报告如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象在宝鸡市灯泡厂、石油机械厂、烽火无线电厂、长岭机器厂及市防疫站等单位,对部分职工进行吸烟状况调查的基础上,选择身体健康,吸烟量及
