随着中国的经济走向市场化、国际化,中国的公司将会面临日益杂乱的国内及国外经济环境,财务风险进一步加重,在面临瞬息万变的国内外政治经济形势,不可避免地遭受潜在的、无穷的财务风险,假如不能有用控制财务风险,就会对公司的生计和发展发生严重影响,乃至让公司走上破产的厄运。对此,本文在财务风险概念的基础上从中找出财务风险的问题,及解决对策,希望能对公司的发展有一定的帮助。
