随着加入WTO的临近，我国将融入全球经济之中，黄金市场的开放已成定局。但何时开放？是整体开放还是局部开放？是分步开放还是一步到位？市场开放后国家对黄金企业有无保护性措施出台？外商投资中国黄金矿业的渠道、政策会怎样？本刊记者带着这些问题与上海文汇报、新华社山东分社、香港经济导报等报刊的记者们一起，联合采访了在山东招远出席“第四届中国国际黄金及贵金属年会”的国家经贸委黄金管理局王德学局长。
With the advent of the WTO, China will be integrated into the global economy. The opening of the gold market is a foregone conclusion. But when is it open? Is it open or partially open? Is it a step-by-step opening or one step? After the market is open, has the country issued protective measures for gold companies? What are the channels and policies of foreign investment in China’s gold mining?
