目的:采用腔内三维超声对未孕妇女及经产妇女盆底结构进行对比观察,尽早发现女性盆底功能障碍性疾病。方法:选择2011年3月至2013年4月本院妇科门诊及住院未孕妇女及经阴道分娩妇女各60例为研究对象,于腔内阴道采用三维彩色超声诊断仪做盆底超声检查,分别测量安静及最大Valsalva动作后膀胱颈距耻骨联合下缘的垂直距离(BSD)、膀胱尿道后角(α)及肛提肌裂孔的面积,计算膀胱颈下降度(BND)。结果:妇女盆底肌松弛在经阴道分娩组中:轻度31%(19/60),中度11%(7/60),重度3%(2/60)。结论:采用腔内三维超声检查,观察经阴道分娩妇女盆底结构的改变,可早期诊断妇女盆底功能障碍性疾病,为临床制定防治策略提供可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the pelvic floor structures of non-pregnant women and midwifery women with intra-luminal three-dimensional ultrasound and to find female pelvic floor dysfunction as early as possible. Methods: From March 2011 to April 2013, 60 cases of gynecological clinic, hospitalized non-pregnant women and vaginal delivery women in our hospital were selected as the research object. The pelvic floor was examined with three-dimensional color sonography in the vaginal cavity. The bladder neck degeneration (BND) was calculated after measuring the vertical distance (BSD) between the bladder neck and the lower edge of the pubic symphysis, the angle of the urinary bladder urethra (α) and the area of the levator ani muscle after the maximal Valsalva motion. RESULTS: The pelvic floor muscle relaxation in women in the vaginal delivery group was mild 31% (19/60), moderate 11% (7/60) and severe 3% (2/60). Conclusion: The three-dimensional intracavitary ultrasound examination of vaginal delivery women observed changes in pelvic floor structure, early diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction in women, to provide a reliable basis for the prevention and treatment strategies.
