If we treat the discourse as an entire speech act, we will find variations in the patt and feature of discourse coherence at three levels-- explicit cohesion in locutionary act, implicit coherence in illocutionary act, and invisible coherence in perlocutionary act. Although the forms and features of different level are different, they are an organic entirety. This paper analyzed Ivanka Trumps speech in aid of her father Donald Trump in the US 2016 presidential election from these three levels.
