根据中华人民共和国海关总署2004年第23号公告,自2004年1月1日起,在内地、香港统一试用《内地海关及香港海关陆路进/出境载货清单》。《内地海关及香港海关陆路进/出境载货清单》的试用,对促进两地经济发展,方便两地经贸往来,加强两地海关的执法互助起到了积极作用,收到了良好效果。经过一年试用过渡,并在广泛征求运输业界、现场海关意见的基础上,现对《内地海关及香港海关陆路进/出境载货清单》进行了修改和完善,并就有关事项公告如下:
Pursuant to Announcement No. 23 of 2004 of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, starting from January 1, 2004, the “Mainland Customs and Hong Kong Customs Land Import/Export Consignment List” will be uniformly tried in the Mainland and Hong Kong. The trial of the Mainland Customs and Hong Kong Customs Land Import/Export Check List has played a positive role in promoting the economic development of the two places, facilitating the economic and trade exchanges between the two places, and strengthening mutual assistance in law enforcement between the customs of the two places and has received good results. After a one-year trial transition, and based on the extensive solicitation of opinions from the transport industry and on-site customs, the Mainland Customs and Hong Kong Customs Land Inbound/Outbound Cargo Lists have been revised and improved, and the relevant issues are announced as follows:
