Under the coal mines, we often see this situation: When employees work in groups, they feel a sense of security. Even if the defendant is exposed to dangers, hidden dangers, and regulations, people are still bold and they are often cautious when working alone. Therefore, accidents sometimes occur in people’s places. The author thinks this is a kind of psychological dependence. Reliance on psychology is what we commonly call “ideological dependence.” It is people’s excessive, inappropriate support, attachment, and trust in their own groups. If this emotion is verified in practice, it will be continuously strengthened and become a stable psychological state. In the safety production of coal mines, the concrete manifestations of psychological dependence are: Observing and checking unsafe factors is the responsibility of others. I do not look at them and there will be other people; so many people must ask me to ask about this matter; it is not even a problem. I don’t necessarily come across me; this problem is not something that I can solve alone.
