针对羰基合成反应釜原进口机械密封辅助系统Plan 53A在使用中存在的问题,提出了用全新的Plan 54升级改造原密封辅助系统的技术方案。相较于原辅助系统冲洗方案,新冲洗方案的隔离液循环流量更大,机械密封的散热效果更好;同时机械密封辅助系统的安全性和可靠性也得到了极大的提高,可以确保机械密封长周期安全运行。
Aiming at the problems existing in the use of the imported mechanical seal auxiliary system Plan 53A for the carbonyl synthesis reactor, a technical scheme of upgrading and reforming the original seal auxiliary system with the new Plan 54 is proposed. Compared with the original auxiliary system flushing scheme, the new flushing solution has a larger circulating fluid flow rate and a better mechanical seal cooling effect. At the same time, the safety and reliability of the mechanical seal auxiliary system have also been greatly improved, ensuring that the mechanical Sealing long cycle safe operation.
