以乙醇为溶剂,利用超声辅助提取湿地松松针中的莽草酸,采用高效液相色谱法分析了提取物中莽草酸的含量。通过单因素实验分别考察了超声波功率、超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、超声温度和保持温度对莽草酸提取率的影响,筛选出主要因素和实验水平,由正交实验确定超声提取最佳工艺是:松针粒度40目、超声波功率250W、乙醇浓度65%、提取温度60℃、料液比1∶23和超声时间15min,莽草酸的提取率为1.73%。
Using ethanol as solvent, the shikimic acid in pine needles was extracted by ultrasonic and the content of shikimic acid in the extract was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ethanol concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and holding temperature on the yield of shikimic acid were investigated by single factor experiments. The main factors and experimental levels were screened out, and the optimum ultrasonic extraction The process was as follows: the size of pine needles was 40 mesh, the ultrasonic power was 250W, the ethanol concentration was 65%, the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:23 and the ultrasonic time was 15min. The extraction rate of shikimic acid was 1.73%.
