目的探讨健康检查者心理需求,为体检者提供满意的护理服务。方法采用问卷调查法对6981名健康检查者的体检原因、心理需求等方面进行调查。结果6981名健康检查者的首要心理需求为经济实惠(57.14%)、方便快捷的体检流程(71.49%)、温馨的体检环境(71.18%)、亲情的服务态度(70.65%)、优质高效的体检质量(69.65%);其次是体检后健康咨询和健康指导需求;最后是体检仪器设备、个性化选项、医务人员资质等需求。结论环境温馨、方便快捷的体检流程、等候时间短是做好体检的基本条件,优质高效的体检服务质量是体检的生存之本,开展健康咨询、健康教育,提出预防保健措施,改变体检者不健康的生活方式,共享健康是体检的目的。
Objective To investigate the psychological needs of health examiners and provide satisfactory nursing services to the medical examiners. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the physical examination reasons and psychological needs of 6981 health check-ups. Results The primary psychological needs of 6981 health check-ups were affordable (57.14%), convenient and quick check-ups (71.49%), warm check-up environment (71.18%), affection (70.65%), quality and efficient physical examination Quality (69.65%); followed by physical examination after health counseling and health guidance needs; Finally, physical examination equipment, personalization options, medical personnel qualifications and other needs. Conclusion The warm environment, convenient and quick physical examination process, short waiting time is the basic condition for doing physical examination. Quality and efficient medical service quality is the basis of medical examination. Health counseling, health education, prevention and health care measures are proposed to change the unhealthy physical examination The way of life, sharing health is the purpose of physical examination.
