在科教兴国战略方针的指导下,各大公立高校的教学环境、教学设施都有了进一步的改善。国有资产数量和规模日益增长的同时给各大高校国有资产管理绩效评价工作带来了不小的难度。为了进一步完善该项工作,本文以高校国有资产绩效评价的必要性为切入点,分析了现阶段各大公立高校国有资产管理存在的问题,并针对性地讨论了高校国有资产管理绩效评价体系构建的原则,以供参考。
Under the guidance of the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education, the teaching environment and teaching facilities of major public universities have been further improved.
