过期妊娠围产儿死亡率明显增高,而羊水过少是一个重要原因。胎儿尿是羊水的主要来源,本文采用超声测定,分别观察正常足月妊娠、过期妊娠羊水过少及羊水正常组中胎儿尿生成率。本文选择妊娠42～43周单胎妊娠孕妇38例,孕周根据末次月经、早孕检查、孕20～30周时子宫底高度及孕24周前超声检查确定。另外选择孕38～40周,准备次日行剖腹产的正常单胎孕妇15例作为对照组。
Premature pregnancy perinatal mortality was significantly higher, and oligohydramnios is an important reason. Fetal urine is the main source of amniotic fluid. In this paper, ultrasound was used to observe the incidence of fetal urine in normal term pregnancy, oligohydramnios in pregnancy and normal amniotic fluid respectively. In this paper, 38 pregnant women with singleton pregnancies of 42-43 weeks of gestation were selected. According to the last menstrual period and early pregnancy test, gestational age was determined by ultrasonography of the uterus at the end of 20-30 weeks and 24 weeks before gestation. Another choice of pregnant 38 to 40 weeks, ready for the next day cesarean section of normal single 15 pregnant women as a control group.
