一、一般预紧形式滚珠丝杠副是一种高效率,高精度的传动功能部件,制造厂为适应数控进给系统刚度和定位精度方面的要求,便于用户使用,对双螺母滚珠丝杠副采用了不同的“预加负荷”形式。在产品出厂前,调整至用户所需要的预紧力,用户勿需拆卸调整,即可直接安装到主机上使用。双螺母滚珠丝杠副的“预加负荷”形式,目前有:齿圈调整预紧式;垫片调整预紧式;螺纹调整预紧式等。这些形式由于结构、工艺复杂,预加负荷的调整比较困难,在分析、对比国内、外产品结构的基础上,我们设计了一种新的预加负荷形式(见附图),供大家参考。
