随着市场经济的深入发展,国有企业改制的步伐越来越快,以国有资产投资为主体的改革及公司法人治理结构的建立,使企业内部出现了资本结构的新变化、管理方式的新模式。因此,现代企业制度下的纪检监察工作,也面临着转变工作机制、运行模式的问题,面临着职能重新定位的问题。
With the further development of the market economy, the pace of state-owned enterprises restructuring is getting faster and faster. The reform centered on state-owned assets investment and the establishment of the corporate governance structure have led to new changes in the capital structure and a new mode of management within the enterprise . Therefore, the discipline inspection and supervision work under the modern enterprise system is also facing the problem of changing the working mechanism and the operation mode, and is facing the problem of reorienting its functions.
