微孔中空纤维可作为过滤材料应用于生物技术或化学工程领域。微孔中空纤维通常采用湿纺工艺制备得到,其在相转变过程中形成多孔结构。介绍了一种生产多孔中空纤维的新方法———熔融纺丝,采用该法生产不会发生相分离。聚丙烯(PP)先与一水溶性高分子混合,再经中空纤维喷丝孔挤出成形。该生产工艺产率高,并且由于仅需要水,萃取过程简单。
Microporous hollow fibers can be used as filter materials in biotechnology or chemical engineering. Microporous hollow fibers are usually prepared using a wet spinning process that forms a porous structure during phase transformation. A new method for producing porous hollow fibers, melt spinning, is introduced, and no phase separation occurs in this method. Polypropylene (PP) first mixed with a water-soluble polymer, and then through the hollow fiber spinneret extrusion molding. The production process has a high yield and the extraction process is simple because only water is needed.
