农民工劳动报酬权是宪法赋予每个农民工劳动者的一项基本权利,而劳动报酬权的实现与否,关乎的不仅仅是农民工这一群体代表和用人单位之间的私权关系,更是一个重要的社会政治和经济问题。农民工劳动报酬权实际上并不是工资这一简单的表层理解,因为此项权利具体包括报酬协商权、报酬请求权和报酬支配权,其中报酬请求权更是其核心权利。
The right to remuneration of migrant workers is a basic right conferred by every worker who migrants work under the Constitution.
