随着社会主义市场的快速发展,我国的家族企业正面临着一场变革,而职业经理人的市场化更促进了这场变革深入发展。家族企业规模的不断扩大,对管理资源的需求也会超出家族原来的知识禀赋,使其遭到市场的无情淘汰,所以家族企业面临着专业化治理的挑战。本文从分析家族企业聘用职业经理人的需求入手,提出了家族企业和职业经理人各自面临的问题。
With the rapid development of the socialist market, the family-run enterprises in our country are facing a change, and the marketization of the professional managers promotes the further development of this change. The expanding scale of family business, the demand for management resources will be beyond the family’s original knowledge endowment, making it by the market ruthless elimination, so the family business is facing the challenge of specialized governance. This article starts with the analysis of the need of hiring professional managers in family businesses, and presents the problems each family and professional managers face.
