一、概述健康促进系70年代在北美地区的一个公共卫生概念,现已发展成为人类保健事业的一个重要内容。其根本宗旨是改善健康状况.处理和维护健康的平衡.进行卫生宣教,普及医学知识,被视为健康促进的中心环节及主要工作方法。近年来,临床医学越来越重视行为因素与疾病的密切关系。因而认为,新型的医疗保健措施必须充分重视健康促进,可有效地防治疾病,增进人类健康素质。基层医疗单位服务模式为基本固定型。因而对开展健康促进与临床相结合较为有利。现将有关二者相结合的三例临床病例报告如下。
I. Overview Health Promotion Department A concept of public health in North America in the 1970s has now developed into an important part of human health. Its fundamental purpose is to improve the health status, to deal with and maintain a healthy balance, to carry out health education and popularize medical knowledge, and is regarded as the center of health promotion and its main working methods. In recent years, clinical medicine pay more and more attention to the close relationship between behavior factors and diseases. Therefore, the new type of health care measures must give full consideration to health promotion, which can effectively prevent and treat diseases and enhance human health quality. Primary health care unit service model is basically fixed type. Therefore, the combination of health promotion and clinical is more favorable. Now on the combination of the three cases of clinical reports are as follows.
