项目风险管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,风险管理水平是评价项目管理水平的一个重要指标,它不但决定着工程项目能否成功,而且是提高项目成本、工期控制精度和项目质量控制水平的主要措施。对中国石油重庆仓储中心项目进行风险识别,采用层次分析法对该项目进行了风险评价,并得出了评价结果。针对重庆仓储中心建设项目的特点,系统性地探讨了风险应对措施。
