笔者在食用菌生产实践中,发现被污染的菌袋大多数是因微孔而引起。形成微孔的原因很多,主要是在操作过程中,不小心弄破了袋壁,也有由于袋的质量差本身带有微孔。刚开始时,笔者是用透明胶贴微孔,不但费时、费力,成本提高,且仍不能降低污染率。后来从农户用石灰浆刷柑桔树的树干来防病防虫中得到启迪,于1993年10月10日进行了以下试验。
