无滴膜的无滴性,主要有三项基本表征:高低温无滴性和持久无滴性。根据文献方法进行无滴性能评价后,发现高温评价方法较为适用,而低温无滴性和持久无滴性的评价方法,实验条件尚需进一步确定,方法尚不够简便,本文对该两方法的检测予以讨论,并制定其相应的参考标准。供试样品有二种类型:掺混型和涂布型无滴膜,掺混型选用1024—1,1024—2、1010—2、92114自制的PVC无滴膜,进2为日本三菱株式会社掺混型无滴膜。涂布型选用自制4144与日本产无滴液涂布的PVC无滴膜。
No drip film drip properties, there are three basic characterization: high and low temperature without dripping and lasting drip-free. According to the literature method, the evaluation method of non-drip performance was found to be more suitable for high temperature evaluation. However, the evaluation method of low temperature non-dropping property and lasting no dripping property need to be further determined, and the method is not simple enough. In this paper, Be discussed, and develop their corresponding reference standards. There are two types of test samples: mixed type and coated non-drip film, mixed-type selection of 1024-1, 1024-2, 1010-2, 92114 made of PVC drip film into 2 for Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation Mixed type drip film. Coating type made of homemade 4144 and Japan made no drip coated PVC dripping film.
