农民工是我国现阶段所处城市化、工业化转型时期出现的一个庞大的特殊群体,他们为我国的社会经济发展做出了巨大的贡献,同时其已经成为推动我国经济发展和促进社会变革的重要力量,因此农民工的权益保障特别是养老保障问题已越来越受到政府和社会各界的高度重视与广泛关注,不断寻求为农民工建立一个适合其特点的低门槛过渡性养老保险制度。本文在对福建省农民工养老保险调查分析的基础上,综合比较了国家农民工养老保险办法,从中意识到因农民工群体的复杂性,但最终目标是将其纳入全国统一的城镇养老保险体系,并对此提出一些看法和建议。

It is constantly seeking to establish a low-threshold transitional pension insurance system suitable for its characteristics. Based on the investigation and analysis of the pension insurance for migrant workers in Fujian Province, this paper comprehensively compares the national pension insurance for migrant workers, and realizes that because of the complexity of migrant workers, the ultimate goal is to incorporate it into the unified urban pension insurance system , And put forward some opinions and suggestions on this.
