在今年的两会上,各地的政府工作报告在肯定上一年经济发展取得良好成就的同时,也对前进道路上存在的问题进行了总结对2011年的工作进行了部署。从各地存在的问题看,经济发展、政府职能转变、资源环境以及民生问题成为各地发展的“拦路虎”。从各地区的重要任务来看,东部地区在制定2011年社会经济发展首要任务时更加注重科学发展,特别是上海、北京等地除了继续推动经济向好发展外,更将做好民生工作作为重要方向列入全年重要任务。
