本工作通过对煤基水溶酸进行刺激植物根生长试验和对脲酶的抑制活性试验,结果发现风化煤、褐煤水溶酸对水稻根的生长都有刺激作用。一次氧解产物只有在高浓度(1000ppm)时才有良好的刺激能力;二次降解水溶酸的刺激活性最高,可在较大的浓度范围内促进植物根的生长。风化煤水溶酸有较好的抑制脲酶活性的能力,与晋城FA相似,可作为较理想的脲酶抑制剂。褐煤二次降解水溶酸对脲酶有抑制作用,但持续性不及风化煤水溶酸;褐煤氧解水溶酸则不能作为脲酶抑制剂使用。
In this work, we tested the growth of plant roots and the inhibitory activity of urease on coal-based water-soluble acids. It was found that weathered coal and brown coal-water-soluble acid all stimulated the growth of rice roots. The primary oxygenated product had good stimulating ability only at high concentration (1000ppm). The secondary degradative hydrolytic acid had the highest stimulating activity and promoted the growth of plant roots in a larger concentration range. Weathered coal-water-soluble acid has better ability of inhibiting urease activity, which is similar to Jincheng FA and can be used as an ideal urease inhibitor. Decomposition of lignite by aqueous acid had inhibitory effect on urease, but the persistence was not as good as that of weathered coal water; and lignite could not be used as urease inhibitor.
