人α-干扰素(IFN-α)为白细胞产生的一组细胞因子,由12种蛋白组成,相对分子质量为(1.6~2.7)×10~4。IFN A基因家族位于人第9对染色体p21区,含12个基因及2个假基因。IFN A基因通常在病毒、聚肌胞等诱生剂作用下表达。以往研究发现:病毒诱导的转录受5’端启动子调控。IFN A基因家族成员的5’端侧翼有75%同源性。在加帽位点-109~-64处有一病毒反应元件VRE,由重复序列A(RepA)及重复序列B(RepB)组
Human interferon-alpha (IFN-α) is a group of cytokines produced by leukocytes and consists of 12 proteins with relative molecular mass of (1.6-2.7) × 10-4. The IFN A gene family is located in the 9th human chromosome p21 region, contains 12 genes and two pseudogenes. The IFN A gene is usually expressed in the presence of an inducible agent such as virus or polychaete. Previous studies have found that virus-induced transcription is regulated by the 5 ’promoter. Members of the IFN A gene family flank a 75% homology to the 5 ’end. At the capping site -109 ~ -64 there is a viral response element VRE, consisting of repeat A (RepA) and repeat B (RepB) group
