利用杂交瘤技术获5株分泌鼠抗人肝癌特异性γ-GTⅡ单克隆抗体细胞株,经核型分析,证明所建杂交瘤细胞系融合细胞。对其分泌的MCAb进行生物学特性鉴定,各McAb滴度不一,有的高达10-9,有的低至10-2左右。5种McAb均为IgG型,只与纯化的γ-GTⅡ起反应。有2种McAb有相同的位点,另外3种有不同的位点。
Five hybridoma cell lines secreting mouse anti-human hepatoma-specific monoclonal antibody against γ-GTⅡ were obtained by using the hybridoma technique. The karyotype analysis showed that the hybridoma cell line was fused. The biological characteristics of its secretion of MCAb identification, the titer of each McAb, some as high as 10-9, and some as low as 10-2. All five McAbs are of IgG type and react only with purified γ-GTⅡ. There are two kinds of McAbs have the same site, the other three have different sites.
