目的 观察维拉帕米和血液稀释疗法对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 结扎兔冠状动脉左室支中段,制成兔急性缺血再灌注模型,缺血10 min 时,iv 维拉帕米或用等容血液稀释法,观察在急性缺血和再灌注状态下心功能及血浆 C P K 及 M D A 的变化。结果 维拉帕米(025mg·kg- 1) 和等容血液稀释都可以使模型兔心电图Ⅱ导联∑ S T 段压低, L V S P、+ d p/dtmax 、- dp/dtmax 增强,血浆 C P K和 M D A 降低。结论 维拉帕米和等容血液稀释对心肌缺血再灌注损伤都有保护作用,但后者作用强于前者
Objective To observe the protective effect of verapamil and hemodilution on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits.
