趋化因子(chemokines)是一类引起炎症反应或白细胞转移的细胞因子。近年来,趋化因子家族、趋化因子受体、趋化因子与疾病关系的研究已成为研究者们瞩目的热点。趋化因子及其受体与许多病理过程如HIV感染、炎症、自身免疫性疾病等有密切关系。在肿瘤生长、侵袭、转移过程中发挥关键作用,同时在免疫细胞的分化、发育和免疫应答的调控中起着重要作用。本文主要介绍趋化因子及其受体的结构和功能特点;趋化因子及其受体与免疫细胞的体内迁移及免疫调控的关系,以及它们在肿瘤治疗方面的一些应用。
Chemokines are a class of cytokines that cause inflammation or leukocyte metastasis. In recent years, the research of chemokine family, chemokine receptor, chemokine and disease has become a hot spot of researchers. Chemokines and their receptors and many pathological processes such as HIV infection, inflammation, autoimmune diseases are closely related. Plays a key role in tumor growth, invasion and metastasis, and plays an important role in the regulation of immune cell differentiation, development and immune response. This article mainly introduces the structural and functional characteristics of chemokines and their receptors; the relationship between chemokines and their receptors and immune cells in vivo migration and immune regulation, as well as their application in cancer therapy.
