医院发展能力是医院可持续发展的重要体现。本文以湖北省27家医院为研究对象,对该地区医院的发展能力进行研究分析,结果发现,不同级别医院的发展能力存在较大差别,三级医院发展能力较好,但是也存在问题;二级医院及二级以下医院发展能力较差,存在问题较多的。本文在分析了有关问题产生原因的基础之上,针对不同级别医院的情况,提出缓解困难、解决问题的建议,为医院的可持续发展提供理论指导。
Hospital development capacity is an important manifestation of the sustainable development of the hospital. In this paper, 27 hospitals in Hubei Province as the research object, the development of hospitals in the region to study and analyze the results showed that different levels of development capacity of hospitals there is a big difference, the tertiary hospital development ability is better, but there are also problems; Hospitals and second-level hospital development ability is poor, there are more problems. Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems, this paper puts forward suggestions for alleviating the difficulties and solving the problems for different levels of hospitals, and provides theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of the hospital.
