所谓使用经验,就是测定各种易损件的磨损率,总结使用上的可靠性,确定各易损件的使用寿命,并研究进一步改进质量的措施。1、缸套的使用条件:缸套的使用条件是直接影响缸套的磨损率。影响缸套磨损量的主要因素有两个:第一是燃油质量和滑油质量,要求油内无杂粒,避免混杂固体污染物。第二是选择适宜的运行参数,包括燃油喷射系统参数选择,缸套运行温度的控制,以及滑油在缸套表面的分布,这些因素受设计者的控制。
