随着经济的快速发展,建筑行业蓬勃的发展起来,建筑工程施工项目越来越多,使建筑企业快速的发展起来,近此年来,因施工质量所引发的工程质量问题层出不穷,这主要是由于施工企业的技术水平参差不齐,从而导致施工中无法对质量实现很好的控制,从而导致工程出现质量缺陷。文中分析了建筑工程施工质量的特点,并分别对施工准备阶段和施工过程中的质量控制措施进行了具体的阐述。
