通过对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺-二乙烯三胺五乙酸-二邻甲苯基硫脲-引发剂冻胶调剖剂体系的各影响因素的研究,发现反应前体系的可泵性良好,pH值对本体系成胶时间和成胶强度影响较大,pH值在3.7~7.2之间为宜,当二乙烯三胺五乙酸的加入量为0.06%、二邻甲苯基硫脲的加入量为0.14%、聚丙烯酰胺的加入量为0.8%时,生成冻胶的强度在500 Pa.s以上,且在50℃下半年内不会脱水破胶,同时具有很强的抗盐性能。由岩心流动实验可知对高中渗均有很高的堵塞性能(94%以上)。
