目的:建立HPLC法同时测定妇炎康片中丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、芍药苷、阿魏酸和盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-甲醇(B)-0.5%H_3PO_4溶液(C),梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 m L/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL;检测波长:280、265、230、320 nm。结果:丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、芍药苷、阿魏酸和盐酸小檗碱分别在33.02~528.41μg/m L、2.88~46.13μg/m L、187.26~2 996.10μg/m L、11.89~190.22μg/m L、0.20~3.12μg/m L和39.06~625.00μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.71%、99.04%、98.83%、98.50%、97.08%、98.12%。结论:该方法分离效果好,操作简单、方便,能达到较好的控制产品质量的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and berberine hydrochloride in Fuyankang Tablets. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) - methanol (B) - 0.5% H_3PO_4 solution (C) with gradient elution on a Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, : 1.0 m L / min; column temperature: 30 ℃; injection volume: 10μL; detection wavelength: 280,265,230,320 nm. Results: Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, salvianolic acid B, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and berberine were 33.02 ~ 528.41μg / m L, 2.88 ~ 46.13μg / m L, 187.26 ~ 2 996.10μg / The average recoveries were in the range of 11.89-190.22μg / mL, 0.20-3.12μg / mL and 39.06-625.00μg / mL, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.71%, 99.04%, 98.83%, 98.50 %, 97.08%, 98.12%. Conclusion: The method has good separation effect, simple operation and convenient operation, and can achieve better control of product quality.
