每个地区村民自治相比较既有一定的共性也有其自身的特殊性。就我国而言,村民自治制度本身尚不完善,有待进一步需建立健全的方面,尤其对民族地区的村民自治在实践中效果如何,是每一个研究村民自治制度所关注的。为了进一步了解和掌握民族地区村民自治状况,选取拉陇村为调研的目的地,因为拉陇村是新源镇12个牧委会当中入口最多、自治效果较好的一个村。
Villagers’ autonomy in each region has certain commonalities as well as its own particularities. For our country, the system of villagers’ autonomy is not yet perfected in itself and needs further establishment of sound aspects. In particular, what is the effect of villager autonomy in the minority areas in practice? It is the concern of every village autonomy system. In order to further understand and grasp the situation of villagers’ self-government in minority areas, Lalong Village was selected as the research destination because Lalong Village is the village with the most entrance and self-governing effect among the 12 pastoral committees in Xinyuan Town.
