现代企业制度的提出,标志着我国企业改革将进入一个新的历史发展阶段;将国有企业改组为公司,这是探索公有制与市场经济相结合的有效途径,是企业制度上的一次革命。公司制企业是现代企业新型的一种组织形式,也是一种国际性的组织经营方式。它与国有企业相比,产权关系不同,内部管理体制不同,企业与国家的关系不同。因此,国有企业改组为公司制企业后,如何认识企业党组织的地位、任务和作用,企业党组织的工作方式如何改变,这是人们关心的一个问题,也是应该认真思考和探索的课题。
The introduction of the modern enterprise system indicates that the reform of our country’s enterprises will enter a new stage of historical development. The restructuring of state-owned enterprises into companies is an effective way to explore the combination of public ownership and market economy and a revolution in the enterprise system. Corporate system is a new form of modern enterprise organization, but also an international organization and management. Compared with state-owned enterprises, it has different property rights relations, different internal management systems and different relations between enterprises and countries. Therefore, after the state-owned enterprises are reorganized into company-owned enterprises, how to understand the status, tasks and roles of the party organizations in the enterprises and how the working methods of the party organizations in the enterprises change? This is a question that people care about and also a topic that should be seriously considered and explored.
