“湖南百年”美术创作工程第一次草图评审于2011年10月21日在湖南省群众艺术馆举行。省文化厅社会文化处副处长倪文华主持此次草图评审活动。主要评委有著名画家萧沛苍、姜坤、易利森、康移风、王琼,历史专家夏远生、梁小进、莫志斌、王国宇等。此次评审活动坚持公平、公开、公正的原则,从参选的200余幅作品中评选出能充分表现“湖南百年”重大历史事件、重要历史人物的美术创作作品。评审专家遵循“湖南百年”美术创作工程《评审细则》,按照100个选题题号顺序,采取现场看原稿的方式对作品逐一进行初评,然后按初评结果看电子档图片进行第二次评审,对有争议的作者和稿件进行讨论,并得出最后的投票结果。最后评审专家汇总评审意见,形成评审结果。
