高职英语课程改革给高职英语教学带来了众多亟需研究的新课题。它要求高职英语教师和其他学科的教师一样,必须尽快地从原来传统的角色中解脱出来,成为英语新课程的研究者实践者和创造者。本文从教师知识专业化,构建学习型组织教研室,教学研究型教研室等方面,就新课程改革形势下英语教研室职能的转化进行了探究。
The Reform of English Curriculum in Higher Vocational Education Brings Many Needs to be Studied to Higher Vocational English Teaching. It requires higher vocational English teachers, like those in other disciplines, to extricate themselves from their traditional roles as quickly as possible to become practitioners and creators of the new English curriculum. This article explores the transformation of English teaching and research functions under the new curriculum reform from the aspects of teachers’ specialization of knowledge, establishment of learning organization teaching and research department and teaching research teaching and research department.
