人才培养模式是指在一定的现代教育理论、教育思想指导下,按照特定的培养目标和人才规格,以相对稳定的教学内容和课程体系,管理制度和评估方式,实施人才教育的过程的总和。人才培养模式是教学目标与教学过程的统一,是教育理论、教育思想的实践实施,是教学过程的连贯性设计。日语教学的人才培养模式有着外语教学人才培养模式的共性,也有着其特有的个性。本文以提高学生的跨文化交际为目标,从培养目标、教育过程、管理评估、教学方法手段四个层面来探讨日语的“3+1人才培养模式”。
Talent training mode refers to the sum of the process of implementing talented person education under the guidance of certain modern educational theories and educational thoughts, according to specific training objectives and personnel specifications, with relatively stable teaching contents and curriculum system, management system and evaluation methods. Talent training model is the unity of teaching objectives and teaching process, is the practice and practice of educational theory and educational thought, and is the coherent design of teaching process. Japanese teaching personnel training model has a common foreign language teaching personnel training mode, but also has its own unique personality. In this paper, we aim to improve students’ intercultural communication, and discuss the “3 + 1 Talent Cultivation Model” in Japanese from four aspects: training objectives, education process, management evaluation and teaching methods.
