自1989年美国Choo等应用分子克隆技术获得丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因克隆,并建立抗HCV实验室检测方法以来,各国对丙型肝炎进行大量研究。本文就HCV的病毒学、实验室诊断及流行病学的研究现状综述如下。
Hepatitis C has been extensively studied in various countries since the cloning of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) gene by molecular chronological techniques such as Choo in 1989 and the establishment of an anti-HCV laboratory test. In this paper, HCV virology, laboratory diagnosis and epidemiological research status are summarized below.
